- Credit Cards – These can be taken directly on the site. The transaction is handled by Paypal so you can rest assured that your data is in safe hands. Pen-Doctor.com / Vintage Fountain Pen Doctor does not get to see any of your personal details at any stage of the transaction. If you still prefer to talk to me personally, you can send me an email and I will be happy to take your details or talk over the phone through Whatsapp.
- Please be aware that your payment details will show this in your statement: “You sent a payment of €XX.00 EURO/USD to Nederlandse Body building en Fitness Bond (juliettebergmann@gmail.com)”. This is my wife’s name and account so don’t worry, this is the correct information. After payment receipt I will send you the pen(s) within a few days with a picture of the package as proof.
- Shipping: sending over pens from my house in Thailand to USA/Canada/South America takes about 3 weeks. So please be patient. Package to Europe normally takes about 1,5 week.
